A major East Anglian destination is expanding its portfolio this summer with a brand new, record-breaking attraction.
ROARR!, an 85-acre dinosaur-themed park in Norfolk, is introducing Fossil Falls, a new experience representing a quarter-of-a-million-pound investment for the business. The upcoming installation aims to strengthen the Norfolk park’s active play offerings and boost regional tourism just in time for the peak holiday season.
The core feature of the new attraction is a 107-metre tubing slide, which operators state will be the longest outdoor tubing slide operating in the UK. Visitors will descend on a doughnut-shaped inflatable tube, adding a new high-energy activity to the site for families.
The installation joins an established line-up at the UK’s largest dinosaur park. Fossil Falls will sit alongside popular features including Dippy’s Splash Zone, the Predator High Ropes course, and Dinomite, the largest indoor soft play centre in the county. The park’s operational model focuses on an inclusive ticketing strategy, ensuring that access to the new slide and all existing rides is covered by the standard entry price to offer a high-value day out for families.
Physical rides on site include Swing-O-Saurus and Raptor Contraptor, both by Zamperla. Other popular attractions include Dippy’s Raceway go karts and the Valley of the Dinosaurs trail, plus a themed crazy golf course and live theatre shows. Food outlets and snack shacks are distributed throughout the footprint to support all-day dwell times.
Celebrity launch event
To mark the opening of the new investment on Saturday 18 July, the park has secured a television personality to lead the launch. Matty Campbell, best known as Bionic from the BBC television series Gladiators, will officially open Fossil Falls to the public.

The park is located between Norwich and Fakenham, accessible from the A47 and A1067, and draws regional tourism from London, Essex, and the Midlands via mainline rail services to Norwich.
