The production helm for one of the UK industry’s most significant ceremonies will remain in familiar hands for the upcoming season.
Theme Park Network has officially confirmed that TAG Live has been reappointed as the official production partner for the UK Theme Park Awards 2026. This renewal ensures continuity for the event, which has grown significantly in scope and technical delivery over the past few years.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on 10 September 2026. Now entering its seventh year, the event is dedicated to recognising outstanding achievements across the sector, highlighting success stories from both major operators and the UK’s beloved independent attractions.
The decision to retain TAG Live follows a highly successful collaboration during last year’s ceremony at Wicksteed Park. The production company is tasked with maintaining the momentum of the event, which has seen previous ceremonies hosted at notable locations, including Drayton Manor in 2022, Chessington World of Adventures in 2023, and Thorpe Park in 2024.
Hybrid event production
As a specialist in live entertainment production, TAG Live brings extensive experience to the table. They will again oversee both the complete production of the ceremony and the accompanying live stream.
This hybrid approach allows industry professionals, partners, and the wider public nationwide to participate in the proceedings, regardless of their location. Event organisers say that this dual focus on both the in-room and remote audiences are central to the event’s growing reach.

The voting process
While the production partner is locked in, specific details regarding the 2026 venue and the presenter line-up are yet to be revealed. Organisers have stated these will be announced in due course.
The structure of the awards will follow an established format, and the public will eventually be invited to vote for their favourite parks across various national categories, ranging from rides and attractions to shows and events.
